GTCC VS Chippewa
Results (Friday, June 19th and Saturday, June 20th)
The weekend started Friday night with Georgetown diving
to victory over Chippewa with a final score of GTCC 97 and Chippewa 57. Saturday
morning our swimmers took to the pool. Chippewa beat us to the wall by only
64 points that morning, GTCC 365, Chippewa 429. When you put those
totals together it make this one of the closest meets for our team of
divers and swimmers overall. The final score was Georgetown Country Club
462, Chippewa 486 – only a 24 point difference!
GTCC VS Travis Point Results (Friday, June 26th
and Saturday, June 27th)
Check the Aquatics Board, results were still being
tabulated at the release of the Penguin Press Volume 3. Anybody with information regarding the
results of this swim/dive meet can email the webmaster at gromacki@yahoo.com, and he will post
the results of this swim/dive meet here!
GTCC VS Forestbrooke Results (Tuesday, June 30th
and Wednesday, July 1st)
The skies were overcast, the temperatures were low, and
the rain came down, but our swimmers and divers were not to be stopped. The
final score was 350-294. Congratulations to all of our swimmers and divers! GO PENGUINS!!
GTCC VS Orchard Hills Results (Friday, July 10th
and Saturday, July 11th)
Our divers lost in a close battle with the OHCC divers
Friday night – OHCC 83, GTCC 70. Our swimmers swam to victory Saturday
morning – GTCC 340, OHCC 296. That gives Georgetown the overall victory
with a final score of GTCC 410, OHCC 379.
