Early Registration Begins February 26
CAMP GEORGETOWN 2018
10 weeks starting June 18 through August 31 (no camp week of July 4)
30 campers per week maximum (waiting list will be available after 30)
Registration Fee: $50 per family, non-refundable ($50 per kid per week due at time of registration)
Daily Drop-In Rate (Members Only): $45
Daily Drop-In Rate only available after June 10 by contacting management to see if we have availability one week prior. If we have availability, fees are due at time of add-on.
Early Registration (Members Only): February 26 through March 30
To qualify for Early Registration, you must be a full member with your Initiation Fee paid or a renewing Trial Member who has committed to paying your Initiation Fee paid or a renewing Trial Member who has committed to paying your Initiation Fee in 2018.
Early Registration Discount: $20 off per week per kid for all qualified members who register before March 30.
Open Registration: April 2 through May 2
Multi-Kid Family Discount (Members Only): For qualified families with multiple children registering, we are offering $20 off per week per kid.
Children ages 5-12
Child must be 5 years old by his or her first day of camp.
At time of registration, we will be charging a $50 fee per kid per week. $50 total is non-refundable per family. After each registration period, an invoice will be sent out with any discounts applied and total for each pay period, and total amount due. You will be billed on the first of the month in advance of the weeks of camp that apply:
Pay Period 1: June 1 (Weeks 1-2) Cancellation Date May 15*
Pay Period 2: July 1 (Weeks 3-6) Cancellation Date Jun 15*
Pay Period 3: August 1 (Weeks 7-10) Cancellation Date July 15*

SNACK / LUNCH
We will provide a morning and afternoon snack and drink for each camper. Lunch is not provided and will need to be sent from home. Lunch boxes with an ice pack are encouraged, we do not have a way to keep food cold or to heat it up.
Each camper receives a complimentary Camp Georgetown t-shirt.
REFUND / TRANSFER POLICY
Payment for all 10 weeks of camp will be non-refundable after the Cancellation Date for each pay period (Payment 1 Cancellation May 15, Payment 2 Cancellation June 15, Payment 3 Cancellation July 15). If you cancel before cancellation date, you will be refunded or transferred if space is available. If a camper is sick or does not attend a session for which he or she is registered, there will be no refund issued. In the event of an unforeseen injury or emergency that may cause a camper to miss, the General Manager will determine if a refund or transfer applies on a case-by-case basis.
