CLUBHOUSE RENTAL (Peak Season: June - August) |
| Rental Fees: Weekday (Monday - Thursday) Member $150.00/4 hours |
| Nonmember $300.00/4hours |
| Weekend (Friday - Sunday) Member $225.00/4 hours |
| Nonmember $375.00/4hours |
| *Minimum rental 4 hours; additional hours are $45.00/hour |
| Security Deposit: $200.00 |
| *Deposit will be refunded within 14 days if rental conditions are upheld; if rental |
| agreement is breached, the deposit will not be refunded. |
| Capacity: 100 persons |
| Set-up: Set-up is the renter's responsibility and may be done up to three hours prior to the event, |
| providing there is not another event beforehand. Clean-up is strongly recommended |
| immediately following the event, and must be completed no later than 12:00 p.m. the day |
| following the rental. In the event another rental is scheduled for the following day, the |
| facility would need to be cleaned immediately. |
| Equipment: Tables and chairs are available. Georgetown barbeque grills may be used by the renter. |
| The kitchen facilities are not available. Private bathrooms are located in the hallway. We |
| provide cleaning supplies and a vacuum. |
| Alcohol Policy: The renter must provide a certificate of insurance naming Georgetown Country Club as |
| an additional insured party for the date of the rental. If the renter is not able to obtain this |
| certificate, alcohol will not be permitted. |
| *Pool, deck, tennis golf and other facility use during a clubhouse rental will result in the forfeit of the deposit, immediate termination of the rental and may incur additional fees. All rentals must end by 1:00 a.m. as per local ordinance. ce. |
