| Weekend (Friday - Sunday) $250.00/4 hours |

| Security Deposit: $200.00 |
| *Deposit will be refunded within 14 days if rental conditions are upheld; if rental agreement |
| is breached, the deposit will not be refunded. |
| Hours: Pool rentals may be scheduled between the hours of 9 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.. |
| Capacity: 100 persons |
| Set-up: Set-up is the renter's responsibility and may be done up to one hour prior to the event, |
| Clean-up must be completed immediately following the rental. |
| Lifeguards: Guards will be supplied by GTCC based on the number of patrons expected at the rental. |
| Renters may not supply lifeguards. The cost of lifeguards is in addition to the rental fees |
| listed above. |
| Alcohol Policy: The renter must provide a certificate of insurance naming Georgetown Country Club as an |
| additional insured party for the date of the rental. If the renter is not able to obtain this |
| certificate, alcohol will not be permitted. |

*The pool is available to members only for private parties and only during non-operating hours. Pool rentals are available on a seasonal basis. No pool or deck use is permitted during the off-season. Lifeguards are required for these events and the lifeguard fee will be added to the rental price. The number of patrons attending the event will determine how many guards are needed. Lifeguards must take a 20-minute break every two hours. Use of golf, tennis or other facilities is not included and will result in the forfeit of the deposit, immediate termination of the rental and may incur additional fees. All rentals must end of 1:00 a.m. per local ordinance. |

| Hours: Pool birthday parties may be scheduled during normal operating hours. and are limited to |
| three hours. |
| Capacity: 25 non-members |
| Set-up: Set-up is the renter's responsibility and may be done up to one hour prior to the event. |
| reserved on the pool deck or in the picnic area but may be used as it becomes available |
| Clean-up is the renters responsibility and must be completed immediately following the |

| Equipment: Barbeque grills may be used. |
| *Pool parties are available to members only. Renters may use the pool and picnic area during the specified time. Tennis, golf and other facility use during a pool party will result in the immediate termination of the party and may incur additional fees. |
