Fitness Water Fitness: Water aerobics is a complete low impact or no-impact exercise program designed for swimmers and nonswimmers. Fun for all ages and fitness levels. This water workout will build muscle, increase aerobic fitness, improve flexibility and can help control your weight. The class will meet for one hour on Wednesday evenings from June 18th - August 13 (no class the week of July 4th) at 6:00 p.m..
