Fitness Water Fitness: Water aerobics is a complete low impact or no-impact exercise program designed for swimmers and non-swimmers. Fun for all ages and fitness levels. This water workout will build muscle, increase aerobic fitness, improve flexibility and can help control your weight. This class will meet every Wednesday evening at 6pm beginning June 15 and continuing through August 24. The cost is $80 for all classes ($100 non-member) or $8/week ($10/non-member) as a drop-in rate.
